Design upload terms

By uploading a design and placing an order on Mochi by Design™, you warrant that you created the design or have all ownership rights, licences and permissions needed to print and sell it. Your design must not infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.

Your design must contain no third-party logos, characters or artwork, no political statements, and nothing hateful, illegal or suggestive of crime.

You grant mochimori a limited licence to store, preview, transmit, and print the file to fulfil the order and to review it.

Uploaded files are kept for 90 days, then deleted.

You accept full responsibility for your design and agree to fully indemnify mochimori, its owners and its print partners against third-party claims, losses, liabilities and costs arising from your design or a breach of these terms.

Every order is manually reviewed before printing. At its sole discretion, mochimori may refuse, cancel or remove any design or order. If we refuse or cancel a paid order under these terms, we provide a full refund and do not print it.

For an IP complaint or takedown request, email hello@mochimori.com. Identify the design, explain the rights you hold and the alleged infringement, and include supporting information. We remove the reported design while reviewing the complaint and may cancel related orders with a full refund.

Previews are approximate. Small differences in colour, size and print placement are not defects.

No returns on custom orders. Because every Mochi by Design™ piece is printed just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or design choices. If your item arrives misprinted, damaged or wrong, email hello@mochimori.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll reprint it or refund you.

To the extent permitted by law, mochimori’s liability relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
